IIT Delhi Library Information Assistant Recruitment 2021 QUALIFICATIONS:
Prescribed Educational and other qualifications required:
- Library Information Assistant: Essential: 1. M.Lib.Sc. / MLISc or equivalent from recognized University/Institute with at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree.
OR
Master’s Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce or any other discipline and also B.Lib.Sc. / BLISc with at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree from recognized University/ Institute. - At least 01 year working experience in a reputed library. 3. Proficiency in the use of a variety of computer office applications, M.S Word, Excel, Powerpoint or equivalent is a must.
Desirable: Knowledge of Library Automation activities.

30 Yrs , But For employees of IIT’s who are educationally qualified can be considered for direct recruitment across the whole IIT system up to a maximum of 50 years of age.
