KVS BIntroduction of Balvatika Classes on a Pilot basis in select KVs reg : Introduction of Balvatika Classes on pilot basis in selected KVs in 2022-23 KVS Pre-Primary Nursery (Balvatika I LKG, Balvatika II UKG, Balvatika III अभी पहले contract पर टीचर आएंगे। बाद में 1 क्लास के ऊपर 2 टीचर्स होंगे। यानी एक सेक्शन के विद्यालय में 6 अध्यापको की जरूरत पड़ेगी। इसके अलावा एक क्लास के साथ एक caregiver टीचर्स के लिए 12th के बाद 2 साल का Nursery Teacher (NTT) ट्रेनिंग मांगा जाएगा। NEP के कारण अब केंद्रीय विद्यालय में शुरू हो रही है नर्सरी कक्षाएं जिनका नाम होगा बालवाटिका जिसमे 3 से लगभग 6 वर्ष तक के बच्चे आयेंगे और बालवाटिका के कारण अब KV में भी NTT की भर्ती होगी तो आइए जानते है क्या पूरी जानकारी और यह अभी एक पायलट योजना है।

एनईपी-2020 के अनुरूप, 50 चिन्हित केवी में पायलट मोड पर बालवाटिका कक्षाएं शुरू करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इस संबंध में, निम्नलिखित दिशा-निर्देशों को नोट किया जाए और संबंधित प्राचार्यों को उनकी ओर से तत्काल आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए जाएं। (In consonance with NEP – 2020 , it has been decided to introduce Balvatika classes in 50 identified KVs on pilot mode . In this regard , the following guidelines may be noted and necessary directions may be issued to the Principals concerned to take immediate necessary action at their end.)
Admission in Balvatika Classes
Fresh Admission to these Balvatika classes shall be done as per the priority and reservations given in the revised KVS Admission Guidelines 2022 – 23 as per the following age groups :

| Balvatika I | Attained 3 years but not completed 4 years |
| Balvatika II | Attained 4 years but not completed 5 years |
| Balvatika III | Attained 5 years but not completed 6 years |
Reservation under the Provisions of RTE Act – 2009 shall be applicable at the entry level only , viz . , Balvatika I.
Provision for admission for Single Girl Child category shall not be applicable to these classes .
Local advertisement shall be issued by the respective KVs and each of them would ensure wide publicity in their locality.
Other details regarding curriculum , orientation / training and monitoring mechanism shall be communicated separately soon . You are hereby requested to disseminate the contents of this letter among selected 50 KVs and direct the Principals concerned to act immediately and
1. arrange for the procurement of requisite furniture by following GFR – 2017 and other instructions issued by KVS from time to time ;
2. issue notifications calling for registrations and start the process of registration from 28th September to 10th October 2022 ;
3. issue notification for engagement of contractual teachers and finalize the selection before the commencement of admissions ; and 4. arrange for hiring or caregivers ( or helpers ) in the outsourcing mode .
